What the Shopify integration does

Connect shop domain and Admin API access token (product read scopes). After Test, Sync products imports items into the Threezero catalog. The bot can reference that catalog in messaging workflows.

What it does not do

No automatic two-way Shopify order sync, checkout replacement, inventory write-back, or full customer CRM import from Shopify. Chat payments use Threezero payment settings when enabled.

Requirements

Shopify product sync is available on the Scale plan. Requires Shopify Admin API read_products scope and a Threezero super admin to save credentials on the bot.

How the connection works

Create a custom app with product scopes, copy the Admin API token, save shop domain and token in Threezero, run Test, then Sync products. Sync is an explicit dashboard action with create/update counts.

After products are synced

Catalog items support conversational selling in the multi-channel inbox. Leads, pipeline, AI, and handoff remain in the same workspace. Meta CAPI is separate from Shopify sync.

Does Threezero sync Shopify orders?
